“Satellite” Collection – Black 01 Coffee table

The “Satellite” collection is defined by the dynamic effect that individual elements create within the surface. The smaller elements seem to revolve around the main wooden element. The table bases are made of steel and the shape of the elements suggests the stylized resin drain from the countertop.
In this coffee table, the walnut wood piece is highlighted by the intense color in the central area. Its color and texture are given by the disease that the tree had contracted due to aging. The interior has been removed, cleaned up, and treated before it was encased in resin. The sectioned river rock elements were selected based on their color and texture to create a harmonious contrast with all the other elements.
